CEO

Edward

Edward brings a wealth of experience in the sports and entertainment world. Having worked across all major football leagues and world-famous music tours for artists such as Bruno Mars and Jennifer Lopez, Edward’s commercial expertise runs from standalone commercial campaigns to brokering multi-million-dollar sponsorship agreements.

Edward is a student of the culinary arts. From growing up in a vineyard and living in New Zealand, Canada and Australia, Edward has weaved a rich tapestry of food tastes and wine pairing! Edward is a family man and the apple of his eye, Allegra, is a fellow Gooner but frankly she never had a chance… Arsenal or nothing I believe were the words used! 

Interesting fact: Edward snowboarded down a volcano in New Zealand. Needless to say, it was inactive, even we’re not that lucky!

Adam

Adam heads up sales at SMG. He has over 7 years’ experience in sports marketing focusing on football, tennis and brand ambassador programs. A passionate individual who always aims to provide the best service to his clients.

Adam is our typical Essex boy, with a very consistent and professional work rate along with his Essex swagger coming in from his hometown of Southend. Another lifelong spurs fan who accepts the highs and lows of the Premier League. He has a huge passion for Formula 1 and 90’s Hip Hop. “Sky’s the limit” – (Notorious B.I.G)

Adams work ethic and drive to succeed is the reason why he has such a proven track record in our industry. Adam is a family man with his daughter Romilly and wife Rachael always motivating him. 

Interesting fact: Adam used to play basketball for his local team back in Chelmsford, however lost in the final of the national championship to the London Towers youth team. 

Head of production

Toby

Toby is an accomplished Head of Production and Motion Designer with extensive international experience. He has worked with leading global brands, contributed to high-profile music tours, and collaborated with major football clubs in top-tier leagues, as well as national teams for significant matches. 



Toby has a proven track record of leading teams to deliver complex, high-impact projects, overseeing every stage from concept through to successful completion. 

Interesting fact: Toby used to be a drummer with a degree in music and has played at festivals and venues around Europe.

Alex

Alex is a passionate and results-driven Sales Consultant. With a Bachelor of Communications and a deep love for football, Alex thrives on building strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions. Alex ensures every interaction is professional, engaging and effective.

 

A proud Aussie and lifelong sports fan, Alex has a particular passion for Football and Rugby League, and an unhealthy obsession with Liverpool FC. He is an admirer of the great outdoors, dogs, and loves a schooner. 

Interesting Fact: Alex has represented Australia on a international level at the The World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest, where he took home the Silver medal for Best Sausage.

Morgan

Morgan Hicks brings a wealth of expertise in identifying and addressing client’s needs, fostering long-lasting relationships, and driving revenue growth. With a strong focus on understanding client objectives and providing tailored solutions, Morgan consistently delivers exceptional service while meeting and exceeding sales targets. His ability to build rapport and coupled with a deep knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics, enables to effectively communicate value propositions and close high-impact deals. Morgan is committed to continuous professional development and thrive in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments, ensuring that every sales opportunity is maximized to its full potential. 



Interesting fact: Morgan has proudly worked at the Wimbledon Tennis Championships and worked with the likes of Andy Murray, Novak Djokovic, Venus Williams and various other Professional tennis players.

Joseph

Joseph Glasby is a dedicated professional in sales support, known for his commitment and enthusiasm. His expertise in building relationships and supporting his team has made him a valuable asset to his company. A passionate Manchester United fan, Joseph revels in the excitement and challenges that come with supporting one of the world's most storied football clubs. 



Joseph takes pride in his work and approaches every task with meticulous attention to detail, always striving to exceed expectations. Beyond his professional life, he channels his energy into following Manchester United, often attending matches to support his beloved team. 

Interesting fact: Joseph had the unforgettable experience of attending the Manchester United vs. Newcastle match, witnessing Cristiano Ronaldo's triumphant return to Old Trafford, a moment etched in football history.

Tom

Tom Lipton has built a strong foundation in the world of sports, with experience spanning sales, marketing, and data analysis. Tom brings a well-rounded perspective to the industry. 



Born and raised in Hong Kong, Tom was immersed in a unique sporting culture that blended East and West. Despite the city's bustling urban landscape, football was always a constant. A passionate Celtic supporter, Tom has experienced the highs and lows of football fandom, from Old Firm showdowns to European nights at Celtic Park. 

Beyond football, Tom enjoys playing golf, a sport that provides both a competitive challenge and a chance to unwind. 

Interesting fact: Tom once had a surreal encounter with the entire Celtic squad in Dubai and even ended up on the same flight as them—proof that sometimes, fate has a green and white scarf too!

Sales Support

Sonny

Sonny has thrived during his time at SMG, where he has succeeded in a family-like environment that, while challenging at times, is incredibly rewarding. He takes great pride in his work and always strives to contribute positively to the team. Outside of work, Sonny has a deep love for cars and is a dedicated Arsenal supporter, holding a season ticket and following the team closely. In his leisure time, he enjoys indulging in cultural pursuits, whether it’s exploring new fine dining experiences or appreciating art and music. 



Interesting fact, Sonny hasn’t missed an Arsenal home game in over ten years. To say he’s a supporter of the club is really putting it mildly!
